Why Choose My Gym Repair for Your Maintenance Service
Keeping your equipment in good shape is the best way to avoid breakdowns and expensive repairs. My Gym Repair focuses on real maintenance, not quick walk throughs, so your equipment stays reliable and safe.
What makes our maintenance different
• Real experience
I work on commercial and home equipment every day. Treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, bikes, strength machines, and more. Everything is based on real hands on work and brand specific training.
• Clear, straightforward pricing
No hidden add ons. If a part is needed, you get the exact cost before anything is replaced.( I’ll even show you its price for me so your not paying extra for parts)
• Fast, reliable scheduling
I only focus on fitness equipment, so response times stay quick and consistent.
• True preventative care
Maintenance means internal cleaning, lubrication, calibrations, hardware checks, belt checks, electronic evaluation, testing under load, and catching wear early.
• Same detailed process for every client
Home gyms, studios, HOAs, and large commercial gyms all get the same professional service.
How long real maintenance takes
Different equipment needs different levels of attention.
Strength equipment
Fifteen minutes per unit is a realistic minimum if the machine is already in good shape/ is smaller. Strength maintenance still requires internal cleaning, lubrication on pivot points, checking cables and pulleys, tightening hardware, and testing the movement.
Cardio equipment
Cardio machines take longer because of their motors, belts, bearings, sensors, electronics, and calibration needs. Thirty minutes per unit is a proper minimum for treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, bikes, and similar machines.
Why fast walk throughs do not work
We have seen gyms hire people who only spray machines, wipe them down, and move to the next one in a few minutes. Some companies send “maintenance men” instead of real technicians. These workers usually are not trained to check electronics, calibrate systems, inspect belts, test bearings, or catch early wear.
The result is the gym keeps calling for repairs because nothing was actually maintained. The equipment still breaks down, and the costs keep adding up.
A quick wipe does not prevent breakdowns. Real maintenance does.
